Credit Hire Fee Earner - Manchester

A niche credit hire specialist firm are looking to add an experienced ULR litigation executive to their busy team in Manchester.

The Role:
You will work with autonomy on your own caseload from pre-litigation through the entire litigation process. You will assist clients and give guidance throughout whilst obtaining all the relevant information required to progress the claim.

You will manage your daily tasks through our purpose-built case management system making every file touch count, using your skills and knowledge to successfully settle the claim whether this be through negotiation or at trial.

Requirements:
- 2+ Years Credit Hire / RTA / Litigation Experience
- Client care skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
