Property Litigation Solicitor

This is a superb opportunity to join a top-rated Property Litigation team which advises a range of clients including corporate occupiers, housebuilders, pension funds etc.

With the support of a team of partners who are regarded as experts in their field, you will take on your own caseload of good quality property litigation work and be used to advising on matters such as development related issues, dilapidations, rent and service charge issues, contract disputes in relation to land, landlord and tenant matters etc.

With a strong support network across the team, you will have exposure to the best quality work and will have the opportunity to liaise with other professionals such as surveyors and barristers.

You may already have a couple of years experience in Property Litigation and be keen to move up the ladder to a bigger firm. Alternatively, you may be newly or recently qualified with some exposure to Property Litigation during your training.
