The Role:

As an Employment Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of employment law matters, representing both employees and employers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, discrimination, dismissals, and employee rights.
• Conducting thorough legal research and staying up to date with the latest developments in employment legislation.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, settlement agreements, and tribunal claims.
• Representing clients in employment tribunals and negotiations, advocating for their best interests.
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing them with tailored advice and support.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of two years of experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of managing a caseload and delivering results within deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
