In this role, you'll be responsible for advising private equity sponsors, management teams, and portfolio companies on a wide range of matters. You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 PQE and extensive experience advising clients on complex private equity transactions, preferably gained at a top-tier law firm.
