Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Industrial Disease Solicitor

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0-2 years PQE
• Experience in claimant personal injury or clinical negligence (ideally asbestos-related)
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Exceptional client service focus
• Passion for business development
