PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - NORTH SHIELDS

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in North Shields is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a supportive and collaborative environment, with a strong existing client base and genuine opportunities for career development.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, advising clients across a broad range of probate and estate planning matters, including:
- Estate administration
- Applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
- Wills and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Inheritance Tax and succession planning
- Trust advice and drafting

The successful candidate will ideally:
- Have solid experience handling probate and estate administration matters
- Have strong client care and communication skills
- Be organised, proactive and capable of managing their own caseload
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing high-quality legal advice
- Have a strong focus on developing lasting client relationships
