Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established law firm based in Oxford where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor (c. 0-3 PQE) to join their contested probate team.

This is a busy and varied role that will, depending on experience, require you to be confident in running your own case load, progressing matters both in pre-action stages and during court proceedings, whilst seeking input from others in the team and firm when necessary. Given the nature of the work, you will need to be willing to engage with other legal frameworks (particularly in relation to private client and tax), and to tailor your skills and advice accordingly.
You will be expected to manage all aspects of client onboarding, file set-up and ongoing file management including financial management and billing.
You will also be expected, with the support of the team, to be involved in business development activities and events.
