The team deals with all aspects of probate and trust litigation, as well as Court of Protection-related mental capacity disputes. These are often very complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. The team regularly handles Inheritance Act claims, will validity and trust disputes on behalf of executors, trustees and beneficiaries, and is well-versed in contentious Court of Protection matters, with notable experience of deputyship applications, statutory wills and financial abuse of the elderly.

The successful candidate could be Associate level through to Legal Director, what is most important is a passion for client service and a desire to make a difference within the team.

There is flexibility around your level of PQE and my client is open to hearing from candidates from all PQE ranges.
