One of the region’s leading full service law firms with offices across Derbyshire and South Yorkshire has an exciting new opening within its Private Client department for an ambitious and experienced Wills and Probate Legal Secretary.
Your new role within the Private Client department will be to work closely with the Solicitors and Legal Executives within the team on Wills & Probate matters including audio typing, document production, diary and file management and general administration.
You will also undertake (but not be limited to):
Fast and accurate typing with a minimum speed of 50 wpm
Ability to draft non legal correspondence
Ability to manage and organise large volumes of documents
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of BigHand digital dictation
You'll be working as part of an experienced and really well regarded department, dealing with high quality work. The team have an excellent reputation in the market and have a private client division across all offices. They deal with high quality and high net worth work and you'll be working as part of a friendly and down to earth team.
