Due to growth this ambitious department are looking to expand and add an additional Wills Executive to the team.

You will be a crucial hire to ensure future success undertaking a caseload of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

In this role you will meet clients and advise on all aspects of wills, drafting the wills and advising on the execution of the wills. You will also be advising clients and completing the process on Lasting Powers of Attorney, and advising on the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.

This is an already busy and successful team and your input will make a big difference!

Both qualified and part-qualified legal executives with private client and wills experience are encouraged to apply.
