The successful corporate tax solicitor will join a busy team that has a steady supply of work. Clients include cross referrals from other teams as well as unique instructions.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor specialising in corporate tax work. Ideally this should include exposure to issues relating to shares and property. A good academic background, strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail will all be highly regarded.
