Exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a City Firm but with a twist.

Our client has offices in both London and Chelmsford and are seeking an experienced Property Paralegal / NQ who will be working between the 2 offices and also some days from home.

Our client works with overseas investors who wish to purchase Property in London. They are seeking candidates with the following skills:

• Good understanding of land registry
• Able to request land registry title documents
• Able to make land registry applications
• Submit SDLT returns
• Request searches
• Good organisational skills
• Good task management skills
• Good communication skills
