Superb opportunity for an ambitious commercial property lawyer looking to specialise in development matters to join a leading Legal 500 practice in South London
My client is a well-established and highly-regarded Legal 500 firm with a highly-regarded real estate presence, advising on a broad range of property matters both on the transactional side and on the disputes front.
The firm is presently seeking to recruit an newly or recently qualified solicitor to bolster its team dealing primarily with development matters, and this is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is looking to kick-start their post-qualification career within a highly thought-of team where quality work is the norm.
The role will provide exposure to a variety of development-related work including, inter alia, negotiation of option agreements, advising on planning applications, acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold commercial properties, and providing advice on funding agreements.
You will likely have trained in a similar firm with at least one seat in the commercial property field, and ideally with exposure to development matters of the nature described above. Due to the structure of the team it is anticipated that the successful applicant will have accrued between 0-1yr PQE, although applicants with a greater level of experience will naturally be considered.
Remuneration is competitive and should attract the best talent in the market.
