An opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join this leading firm in Lancashire

THE ROLE
Working within the highly regarded property team, which is headed by a Legal 500 recommended lawyer
The team currently advises investors, lenders, commercial and residential developers and high profile entrepreneurs and estate owners across a range of sectors
You have exposure to an exciting variety of work including landlord and tenant, residential and commercial development and high level transactional work for high profile regional and national clients.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 4 years experience within commercial property role is essential
A confident communicator who enjoys working in a challenging commercial environment
