The Role
As a Corporate solicitor in this team you will:
- Advise a wide range companies and business acquisitions.
- Be familiar with drafting articles of association, shareholder agreements, share options and similar corporate documentation.
- Work with a strong and supportive team.
- Have an exciting caseload.

The Candidate
As a Corporate Solicitor in this team you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE.
- Sound legal knowledge and drafting skills.
- Commercial, practical and financial awareness.
- A strong team ethic.
- Negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
