Established Chambers ranked law firm have a great opportunity for an Community Care/COP Solicitor and will accept applications newly qualified up to 2 years PQE. The team are ranked highly by the Legal 500 and Chambers directories as are other teams at the firm.

To succeed in this application you must:

• Be a UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Have recent and relevant experience, dealing with similar matters
• Be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills

Your work will include

• The provision of Care Act Assessments
• Financial Assessments & Charging
• Continuing Healthcare/NHS Funded Care
• Court of Protection
• Education
