Our client is seeking a Compliance Executive to join their private practice law firm based in Newbury. You will be responsible for performing plausibility checks on clients regards their source of funds in order to comply with the firms policy and regulatory guidelines. You will then be required to review this information (from multiple sources) to ensure complete and consistent information across the client profile. As part of your day to day duties you will be liaising with lawyers where additional information or clarification is required and you will be required to accurately record this information, assessments and any other relevant documents within the firms' existing case management system.
