We are working with a rapidly growing and highly regarded law firm looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team. The team regularly advises on significant transactions, typically ranging from £10m to £50m in value, providing excellent exposure to complex and commercially significant property work.

The Opportunity

You will:

· Work on a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development, property finance and commercial leasing
· Gain exposure to significant transactions, typically ranging from £10m to £50m in value
· Work closely with experienced and highly regarded lawyers on complex and commercially significant matters
· Advise a diverse client base including residential and commercial developers, property investors and corporate occupiers
· Work with leading businesses across the retail and leisure sectors
· Develop your technical expertise through exposure to a broad range of commercial property work
· Take responsibility for matters and develop strong client relationships
· Gain exposure to both local and national clients
· Play an active role within a growing and ambitious Commercial Property team
