We are working on an exciting opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded and growing Real Estate team based in Manchester.

About the Role:
The team sits within a well-established national practice and offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality Real Estate work. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and ambitious team known for its strong market reputation, excellent client base and supportive culture.

Working closely with experienced Partners, you will gain exposure to a varied caseload including development and regeneration projects, landlord and tenant matters, asset management, acquisitions and disposals, investment transactions, corporate real estate and due diligence work.

The team acts for an impressive client base across a range of sectors, including major developers, investors, public sector organisations, healthcare and education clients. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work on complex and high-value matters while continuing to develop your technical expertise within a leading practice.

What You'll Do:
· Advise on a broad range of Real Estate matters, including development, investment, landlord and tenant and asset management work
· Support on complex acquisitions, disposals and regeneration projects
· Assist with corporate real estate transactions and due diligence exercises
· Work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on high-quality client matters
· Build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
· Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team
