A highly respected law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join its expanding Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a real estate team with an impressive national footprint and a strong reputation across development, investment, property finance, and sector-specific real estate projects.

The Team

You'll be joining one of the UK's largest and most highly regarded real estate practices. The Manchester team is known for its diverse caseload and high-profile clients, including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, investors, and institutions across the retail, leisure, education, and public sectors.

The Role
Due to sustained client demand and ongoing growth, the team is looking to recruit a solicitor to support an expanding pipeline of work. You will:

Run a varied caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision

Support on major development, investment and finance projects as part of a wider team

Deliver a consistently high standard of client service

Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Key Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1-5 years' PQE in commercial real estate

Experience gained at a strong regional or City firm

Capable of handling your own matters while also supporting larger projects

Strong client-handling skills and commercial acumen

Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player

Comfortable working across a broad range of real estate workstreams
