What you'll be doing

Joining a highly collaborative property team, you'll take on a varied and engaging caseload. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Core Transactions: Advising on acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, asset management, and development projects.

Energy & Infrastructure: Assisting on major strategic land agreements and clean energy/renewable projects.

Client Engagement: Working directly with a broad spectrum of clients, including institutional investors, developers, lenders, corporate tenants, and public bodies.

Professional Growth: Building your own network, mentoring junior team members, and helping drive the practice forward.

What is required?

Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or eligible to practice) from NQ up to 2 years PQE.

Strong grounding in commercial property work. Exposure to energy, renewables, or infrastructure sectors is a definite plus, though not essential.

Sharp commercial mind, strong client-facing communication skills, and the drive to take ownership of files.
