Senior Real Estate Lawyer- Exciting Opportunity with an International Professional Services Firm- 4 PQE+

We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join a rapidly growing Real Estate practice within one of the world's leading multi-disciplinary professional services firms.

About the Role:

The firm's Real Estate team, is expanding rapidly and now comprises 11 members, including five Partners. With ambitious growth plans for 2026, the team is already handling high-value investment, development, and asset management mandates for a range of clients, including private equity funds, sovereign wealth investors, and listed property companies.

They are now seeking a Senior Real Estate Lawyer with substantial post-qualified experience, ideally in asset management, investment or development work. You should have exposure to repeat transactional activity and be comfortable handling complex matters.

What You'll Do:
· Work closely with teams across tax, consulting, and deals advisory to deliver integrated, commercially focused legal solutions.
· Engage with a diverse and high-profile client base including private equity, sovereign wealth, and listed property clients.
· Take ownership of significant transactions, driving matters forward autonomously and identifying new business opportunities both internally and externally.
· Mentor junior colleagues, support the development of the growing team, and shape the future of the practice.

The Ideal Candidate:
· Commercially minded and entrepreneurial, with a passion for building relationships and contributing to a growing practice.
· 4 years PQE+
· Confident in working autonomously while contributing to team-based projects.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in mentoring junior lawyers.
