The Role
As a Real Estate Development Associate, you will:
· Advise on major regeneration, development and broader commercial property matters.
· Act for major public and private sector clients, including local authorities and housing providers.
· Take responsibility for significant elements of complex, high-value projects.
· Work closely with senior lawyers and teams across the wider firm.
· Build strong client relationships and develop your own profile and network.
· Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.

About You
You will ideally have:
· 4+ years' PQE with experience in commercial property and/or residential development.
· Strong experience of property development, regeneration or complex projects.
· Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· A commercial and pragmatic approach, with strong attention to detail.
· Confidence dealing directly with clients and stakeholders.
· A collaborative approach and an interest in developing client relationships and business development skills.
