Real Estate Solicitor | 1-5 PQE | Leading National Firm | Leicester or Nottingham

BCL Legal is working with a leading national law firm that is looking to grow its Real Estate team, with opportunities available in Leicester or Nottingham.

This is a great opportunity for a commercial property solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE to join a well-regarded team and work on a broad range of high-quality matters.

The Role:
You will have the opportunity to advise on:
Acquisitions and disposals
Commercial development
Investment and asset management
Property finance
Regeneration and wider commercial property matters
Working directly with clients and developing strong relationships
Supporting junior colleagues where appropriate
Getting involved in business development and marketing

What They're Looking For:
1-5 years' PQE in commercial real estate
Good experience across a range of commercial property matters
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Commercially minded and client-focused
Able to manage your own workload and work to deadlines
Good communication and organisational skills
A team player with a proactive approach
