Partner/Senior Associate – Real Estate (8-10 PQE+)

A leading regional law firm in the South West is expanding its Real Estate team and is seeking an ambitious Partner or Senior Associate (8-10 years’ PQE+) to join its thriving Somerset office. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing practice with a strong regional presence, working on high-quality real estate matters.
Following an exceptional year of growth, the firm is moving into new permanent premises in Somerset and is looking for a client-focused and commercially driven solicitor to contribute to its continued success. As a Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate, you will be involved in a broad range of real estate transactions, including:
Commercial lettings – acting for landlords, tenants, and investors on lease agreements and renewals.
Property development – advising on acquisitions, disposals, site assembly, and planning matters.
Rural property – handling agricultural land transactions, estates, and diversification projects.
You will work closely with colleagues across Dispute Resolution, Property Litigation, Corporate, Employment, Intellectual Property, and Data Protection to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Qualified solicitor with 8-10 years’ PQE+ in real estate.
Experience in one or more of the following: commercial lettings, property development, rural property.
A strong track record of delivering excellent client service and building long-term relationships.
Ambitious and proactive, with a keen interest in business development and team leadership.
Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
