A highly regarded London law firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join its market-leading Real Estate team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented real estate lawyer looking to work on a broad range of premium commercial property matters, advising major investors, asset managers, landed estates, occupiers and developers across a diverse range of sectors.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated investment and asset management transactions, complex landlord and tenant matters, Central London estate management work and strategic occupier projects, all within a collaborative and highly respected team environment.

The Opportunity:

Joining one of the UK's most established real estate practices, you will work closely with leading partners and clients on a varied caseload spanning investment, asset management, acquisitions and disposals, leasing, estate management and occupier work.

The position provides an excellent platform for a lawyer seeking greater client responsibility, direct partner exposure and long-term career progression within a firm renowned for the quality of its work and client relationships.

You will play a key role in managing transactions, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and building lasting relationships with an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising on commercial real estate acquisitions and disposals.
- Acting for institutional investors, asset managers, landlords and occupiers on complex property transactions.
- Managing a broad range of asset management matters across retail, office, industrial and mixed-use assets.
- Negotiating and advising on leases, agreements for lease and pre-letting arrangements.
- Advising on Central London estate management matters, including headleases, property rights, rights of light and turnover lease arrangements.
- Supporting clients with headquarters relocations, lease extensions, regears, disposals and portfolio management projects.
- Undertaking due diligence and transactional support on investment and financing transactions.
- Collaborating with planning, construction, tax and litigation teams on complex projects.
- Taking a lead role on transactions and coordinating wider project teams.
- Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the wider team.
- Participating in business development initiatives and client relationship management activities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with approximately 3-6 years' PQE gained within a recognised commercial real estate practice.
- Strong technical experience across commercial real estate and landlord and tenant matters.
- Experience of asset management and investment transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and due diligence skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
- The ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple disciplines.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for business development and networking.
