The Real Estate Department of a Top 100 firm is looking for a Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join their team. This dynamic and modern firm has been acknowledged for their flexibility and emphasis on work life balance. You will be working with high-ticket clients predominantly in the private sector (but you will also have exposure to third sector and public sector work)
In this role you will be:

• Providing advice on time and to a high standard of technical competence in a broad range of commercial property matters
• Supporting the team in delivering the core principles of investors in clients to deliver exceptional client service
• Running with their own caseload
• Achieving budgeted hours and fees for the year as a minimum
• Providing marketing support e.g. writing copy and reports, updating literature, seeking out networking opportunities etc.

To be successful you will also be:

• Excellent at legal drafting
• Keen to maintain personal development and take advantage of training opportunities
• A team player and effective communicator
• Good IT and keyboard skills
