Commercial Property Solicitor - London

Our client is a boutique London City practice with depth of experience across most commercial disciplines and a growing focus on real estate work.

The firm is made up of a number of ex-big city practices who have sought to deliver City advice without the stuffiness of the big firm environment. The net effect has been a commitment to client service and lawyers who are integral parts of their clients business.

Like most firms they have experienced a significant upturn in commercial property work across commercial real estate development and investment including off-plan acquisitions.

To augment the team, our client is looking to recruit an additional qualified solicitor who is able to bring some experience but is also willing to learn and roll their sleeves up across a broad profile of work. This firm deals with some high-quality work for HNW clients, developers, investors and lenders with the aim of building an excellent reputation in the process.
