Exciting opportunity for a healthcare property solicitor to join a successful, top-tier Healthcare team in Newcastle!

Our client is a leading firm in the Northeast known for its high-quality work, internal support and for valuing its staff.

As a healthcare property solicitor you will work primarily with health sector organisations such as NHS Trusts and Primary Care providers on a wide range of real estate transactions, including:

Advising NHS trusts on disposal of land and rationalisation programmes

Advising pharmacies, GP and dental practices in relation to property matters such as refinances, acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant issues

Providing representation to banks on real estate healthcare projects

Managing a portfolio of health sector clients

Working alongside other departments on matters of land purchase and development

Ideally you will be an experienced real estate solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE specialising in public sector work for organisations including NHS bodies and PCNs.

You will be commercially minded, highly motivated, and have the genuine drive to develop and support the wider team.
