The Team

This is an opportunity for you to join an existing real estate team and to build a property finance team around you.

They are looking for someone who is experienced in acting for lenders and able to provide commercial advice and who is market facing with good connections within the finance industry ideally locally and nationally.

About you (for partner level role)

* 10+ PQE
* Partner, legal director or senior associate ready for a partner position
* Technical expertise
* Supervisory responsibility
* Understands the drivers of profitability and have the ability to deliver a business plan
* Ability to generate work for oneself and the team to meet annual billing target
* Willingness to commit to roles and responsibilities outside area of legal focus
* Understands the 24/7 structure of service to clients and manages self and others to ensure service levels are not compromised
