PROPERTY SOLICITOR REQUIRED

Our client, a hugely successful high street firm in East London are urgently recruiting for experienced Property Solicitors with both Commercial Property and Residential Property experience.

Successful candidates will have experience in both Commercial Property and Residential Property and be able to handle a large caseload of 40-50 files.

The residential matters are a mixed case load and values of from £1m upwards but also some lower value leasehold and a steady stream of new builds.

The commercial matters will be:

•          Investment (acquisitions and disposals)

•          Leasing for both landlords and tenants

•          Development

•          Real Estate joint ventures

•          Real estate finance (real estate support to the lender support group)

•          Corporate support (including due diligence, warranties and certificates of title, for example)

•          Handling a caseload of files as part of a team but must be self-confident to hit the ground running

•          Client contact from the outset

•          Hybrid working will be offered but initial period of attendance at the office will help to transaction work flow 

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate:

•          Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales

•          Upwards of 5 years' PQE in handling a range of residential and commercial real estate matters

•          Experience gained from strong regional Commercial Real Estate teams or West End firms

•          The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team

•          A keen eye for detail

•          A can-do attitude

•          Good IT skills and having worked on case management systems

•          Be used to time recording
