Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-2) - Cheshire

Highly respected and award winning Cheshire based firm is recruiting a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team.

Providing advice to a wide ranging client base regionally and nationally
Delivering an exceptional and bespoke service to each of its clients offering trust and communication

THE ROLE
Working with a highly experienced team acting on behalf of a variety of local businesses, many of whom have instructed the firm on a repeat basis over the years
Working closely with a very experienced solicitor with a wealth of knowledge in the property sector
Advising on a wide variety or matters to include commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, commercial mortgages, property development and landlord services
Maintaining and further developing client relationships

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property. March 2023 qualifiers are encouraged to apply.
An interest in business development and client relationship management
Excellent technical, IT and client care skills
