The Real Estate Investment team is a dedicated to acting for some of the most prestigious and sophisticated real estate investors globally.

The team assists clients with the whole range of portfolio asset management, high value and volume acquisition, financing and disposal transactional work

The Opportunity

Senior real estate investment solicitor to join Norwich team. But could also work from Cambridge, Ipswich or Chelmsford.

The opportunity offers great progression for the right individual as you could join as a Senior Associate at 6+ years PQE, with the opportunity to be promoted to Legal Director / Partner at around 10 years PQE.

Alternatively, they would be happy for Legal Directors or Partners to join the team.

About You

You will need to be:

* 6+ PQE
* qualified solicitor
* experience gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm with a well-developed knowledge in all areas of real estate finance law

It would suit an ambitious highly efficient lawyer with experience in institutional investment type transactions.

Any applicant with more or less PQE than that mentioned in the vacancy details will be considered on their individual merits.
