Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner- Stoke on Trent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a leading regional firm based in Stoke.


Key Accountabilities:

Draft Contract packs

Deal with sale enquiries

Order redemption statements

Review purchase contract packs and raise initial enquiries

Check responses to enquiries on a purchase and report to clients

Set up completions and deal with completions

Order searches, check and report to client on them

Review mortgages, report any issues to lenders and do a mortgage report

Deal with gifts

Deal with ID/Source of funds

Exchange contacts

Draft SDLT's

Draft Transfers

Liaise with clients, lenders and estate agents

Arrange what's needed for post completion
