Conveyancing Assistant - Wakefield

The Firm:

- Long established law firm based in the centre of Wakefield
- Within walking distance to Wakefield Westgate train station
- Focuses on client care and offering a good quality service
- Close knit team offering support and training

The Role:

-As a conveyancing assistant you will join a busy, friendly and supportive residential property team working with experienced conveyancers
-You will be working with a conveyancer assisting with the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion

-The caseload is varied and will include;
* Sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
* Extensive client contact

Requirements:

-Must have previous experience assisting with sale and purchase caseload
-Team player
-Excellent communication skills
