Conveyancing Assistant - Hull (Part-time)

The Firm:

-East Yorkshire law firm
-Modern practice with traditional values
-Close knit and highly supportive team consisting of both fee earners and assistants

The Role:

-You will be a conveyancing assistant supporting a residential conveyancer with a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
-You will work within a small close knit team assisting with a wide variety of conveyancing transactions
-The caseload is manageable and varied which will include:

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

-Must have experience in assisting with a sale and purchase caseload
