Residential Property Conveyancer

A well-established, long-standing multi-service law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join its growing team in Bury.

This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property professional looking to join an established firm, with the flexibility of hybrid working and the opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high level of service to clients throughout the process.

Your caseload is likely to include:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
New-build transactions
Lease extensions and other residential property matters
Managing files from instruction through to completion
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with relevant procedures and regulations

About You

You will have solid experience within a residential property team and be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

The firm is open to hearing from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners who have a strong residential property background.

You will be:

Experienced in handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload
Organised and able to manage your own workload effectively
Commercially aware with a strong focus on client service
Confident communicating with clients and third parties
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team
