You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Residential Conveyancer able to deal with the full remit of conveyancing transactions
Caseload is varied and will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases;
- New build;
- Remortgages;
- Transfers of Equity;
Requirements:
-Able to run a full residential property caseload
-Team player
-Ability to build long lasting client relationships
