The Firm:

-Legal 500 full service law firm
-Offices across Yorkshire with clients as its focus
-Client led approach offering service to individuals and businesses

The Role:

-As a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Residential Conveyancer you will be running a manageable caseload with the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion
-The caseload is varied and will include:

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-Must have experience within sale and purchase, senior conveyancing assistants will be considered
-Good team player
-Desire to work in Huddersfield
