Residential Conveyancer- Wakefield or York

A conveyancer is sought to join a Legal 500 regional law firm in York or Wakefield. With over 200 staff in 12 practice areas it offers the full range of services to organisations and the individual.

This multi-award winning firm is seeking a residential conveyancer to join its growing team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in handling a diverse caseload. The role is varied and will include:

- Running a manageable caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases;
- New builds;
- Remortgages;
- Transfers of Equity;
-Business development;
-Managerial responsibilities;

It is essential that you have proven experience of running all aspects of a residential property caseload. Must have experience in sale & purchase.
