A leading law firm is seeking to add to their established property team in Newcastle:

The Role:
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced Residential Conveyancer who is keen to take a step up
- You will run a small department, whilst managing a caseload of residential matters
- The caseload is varied and manageable
- Business development opportunities
- Hybrid working: part home and office working
-Full or part-time will be considered
-Highly competitive salary with bonus
-Generous holiday allowance
The Candidate:
- Show enthusiasm
- Supervisory experience is advantageous not essential
- Looking for strong Residential Property experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- The ability to work well autonomously as well as in a team
