Our client is an award-winning Legal 500 firm with a well-established reputation and client base. They are seeking a Rural Property Solicitor (NQ - 2 years' PQE) to join their highly successful team in Newcastle.

In this role, you will provide advice to farmers, landlords and tenants on agricultural land and rural property matters including sale and purchases of farms and rural property, renewable energy work, agricultural tenancies, sporting leases and working mines and mineral rights. You will also be responsible for providing clients with a high-quality service and maintaining and developing positive client relationships.

The client is seeking a candidate with either a trainee or qualified rural property experience, as well as candidates from a commercial property background seeking a re-train.

To be successful candidate will be:

A team-player with sound communication skills
