A fantastic law firm in Bournemouth, well known in the area for providing quality legal advice, is looking for a Paralegal/Assistant to join the Property Litigation team.

The role is being offered on a full-time basis and is available immediately.


About the candidate:

• Will be presentable, flexible, and maintain a friendly and approachable persona
• Will work alongside other fee earners in the team and support each other
• You will have daily client contact, so an excellent standard of client care is essential
• Will be calm, even under pressure, and understand the importance of working in an organised manner to timeframes

The successful candidate should be familiar with:

• Property litigation
• Lease extensions
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Enfranchisements
• Recovering of rent arrears
• Possession claims
• Right to manage claims
• Right of first refusal
• Breach of covenants
