A Conveyancing Solicitor is required to join an established and reputable firm based in London on a full-time permanent basis. Working on mid to high net worth caseloads and offering immediate start for the right individual.

Key responsibilities of the Conveyancing Solicitor

• Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice
• Drafting official documents such as contracts which include details of sale
• Carrying out checks prior to drafting contracts to see if there are any issues
• Checking contracts on behalf of your clients

Desirable skills and requirements of the Conveyancing Solicitor

• Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with 6 and more years PQE or equivalent
• A conveyancing solicitor who is keen to develop the role into management/partnership
• Experience in managing caseloads in a similar nature
• Support department initiatives for business development
• Experience using LEAP would be advantageous
