Ready to move beyond supervision? Meadows & Co. residential and commercial conveyancing team is looking for an Associate ready to build real expertise—and real responsibility.

You'll manage a varied caseload spanning residential sales, purchases, and remortgages, alongside commercial leases, refinancing, and landlord and tenant work. From first-time buyers to high-value transactions, you'll be the main point of contact, taking files through to completion with the backing of experienced colleagues who genuinely invest in your development.

This isn't just about managing cases. It's about building client relationships, solving problems as they arise, and developing the specialist expertise that leads to Senior Associate and beyond.

Weybridge | 3–5 PQE | £60,000–£67,000 | Hybrid

What we're looking for:
SRA-admitted solicitor with strong technical knowledge of property transactions and AML compliance. Excellent communicator who works proactively and autonomously. Experience with conveyancing software essential.
