This team are very well known across real estate markets and seek an additional solicitor to join them in the Commercial Property / Real Estate Team.

Among a broad mix of work you will be involved in asset sales and purchases, secured lending work on behalf of lender clients and landlord & tenant matters for investment property companies.

In this role you will gain exposure to clients at every stage of their transaction. You will be encouraged to be involved in business development activities in order to progress your professional standing and reputation.

Manchester based with flexible hybrid working available.
