Our client, a multi-office legal 500 firm is seeking a commercial property solicitor to join their highly regarded Real Estate team based from their Central London office. This role is due to expansion within the team, coming off the back of a hugely successful period at the firm.
This firm consistently features highly in the annual staff satisfaction surveys carried out by a prominent legal directory.
The Role
As a commercial property solicitor within the firm, you will mainly be advising on large-scale regeneration and development projects, alongside commercial property matters.
You will advise on high quality matters for a range of national and regional public and private sector clients.
Alongside advising on high quality matters, you will have excellent opportunities to grow and build your own network of clients.
You will be offered structured training and support alongside a highly competitive remuneration package.
The Candidate
You will ideally have 1-5 years' of experience within commercial property matters and have an interest on working with both public and private sector clients.
Commercial property experience is essential, development experience would be desirable yet not essential.
As you will be given the opportunity to grow your own network from the outset, the ability to to build strong, long lasting relationships is essential for this opportunity.
