Award winning Times 200 Law Firm based in Manchester city centre are looking to expand their growing clinical negligence team with the addition of an experienced clinical negligence solicitor. The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with 4+ years worth of clinical negligence file handling.

The firm is looking for a solicitor to be able to

• Run a case from initial interview to trial.
• Have experience running a multi-track clinical negligence caseload and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience working on publicly funded cases and making applications to the LAA.
• Experience working on CFA cases.
• Strong advocacy and have strong negotiation and communication skills.
