One of the largest and most successful private client teams outside of London, specialising in the administration of complex, high value and prestigious estates is looking to strengthen it's team with the hire of an experienced Private Client Solicitor.

The ideal candidate would sit around 6-8 years' PQE although candidates at all levels are considered.

The successful Private Client Solicitor will deal with all aspects of estate administration, including complex estates of high value, estates which include agricultural and / or business property, taxable estates, and intestacies alongside high value and technical private client work revolving around capital tax planning, the use of trusts, asset protection and succession issues generally.

To be considered for this role you must have experience in estate planing, wills and trusts - this role will not involve probate work.

Experience with landed estates would be beneficial but not essential and being a STEP member would also be advantageous.
