An established and highly respected firm in Sussex is looking for a Court of Protection Lawyer from NQ-3 years’ PQE to work in its growing and supportive team.

You will be a Solicitor or FCILEx with solid experience in Court of Protection processes and procedures. You will have experience of looking after clients’ financial affairs under a Lasting or Enduring Power of Attorney.

You will be working under the supervision of a specialist solicitor and will be part of a growing Court of Protection team providing a vital service to vulnerable clients.
